At Regatta Home we are dedicated to shipping orders usually within 1 to 5 business days depending on stock availability. Majority of Regatta Home orders are shipped within 1 to 2 working days. If there is a delay in shipping your order Regatta Home team will notify you via email.

Flat rate standard shipping - $11.95
Express flat rate shipping - $16.95

International Shipping
We do ship orders internationally, contact us via email to arrange for your order to be shipped internationally.
 
Refund and Returns
Regatta Home refund policy last 30 days. If your 30 days have past by since you made the purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
 
To qualify for a return, purchase product must be in its original condition and unused as well as in its original packaging.
 
For a return, a proof of purchase must be provided in the form of receipt.
 
Refunds for products purchased online. 
 
Regatta Home will provide a replacement or refund of any damaged product.We require written notice within 3 days of product being received with photos of any damage. Kindly email this information on sales@regattahome.com.au. Return shipping/postage will be covered by Regatta Home.
 
Regatta Home will not offer refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect choice of product purchased online.
 
Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to show up into your account, if after 5 working days refund is not showing please check with your bank first or alternately email us on sales@regattahome.com.au.
 
Sale Items
Only regular items may be refunded or exchanged.Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
 
Exchanges
Regatta Home only exchanges products if the product received is damaged. If you need to exchange the damaged product for a same product kindly email us on sales@regattahome.com.au.
 
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning of your purchased product.Shipping costs are non-refundable.If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
